" We recently concluded our "10H Wonders of Türkiye" vacation with TravelConnect Sg. A massive thank you to our tour leader, Kak Seri Bulan, for making this trip so special. Kak Seri is very knowledgeable and experienced about Türkiye but it’s her sincerity and jovial personality that truly set her apart. She has a gift for bringing the group together whether it was through her hilarious jokes or the thoughtful red beanies she bought for our group shots. She truly cares about her group; she even organized a lovely belated birthday surprise for my husband! Between the karaoke on the Bosphorus cruise and the endless photos and videos she helped us capture, we’ve come home with a lifetime of memories. Our local guide, Mr Umutcan Ozdemir (John) & bus captain Mr Ercan were also very pleasant, helpful & accommodating. John vast knowledge of the history and places we visited was very impressive. Ercan the bus captain ensured our safety and comfort throughout the entire trip. We can’t wait to travel with Kak Seri again. Türkiye, you were wonderful! 🇹🇷❤️ "

We were also very fortunate to have such a wonderful local team. Mr. Umutcan Özdemir (John), our knowledgeable guide, shared fascinating insights into Türkiye’s rich history and culture, while Mr. Ercan, our dependable bus captain, ensured our comfort and safety throughout the journey. " Our first Umrah as a family with young children (aged 8 & 12) was truly an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, everything went smoothly and exceeded our expectations. Our Mutawwif, Ustaz Nasruddin and Ustaz Khalid, were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and approachable. Their warm and caring gestures made us feel very comfortable, and we never hesitated to ask questions. MasyaAllah, we had so much fun while learning and experiencing Umrah together as a family. It was meaningful, memorable, and beautifully guided. If given the opportunity, we would definitely repeat this journey again with the same Mutawwif and the wonderful jemaah group. " I recently came back from the trip Wonders of Turkiye 16 Dec-25 Dec. My family and I had the most 10 meaningful days of our lives during this trip. This trip wouldn’t be amazing without our amazing tour leader & tour guide: Mrs Rose Idris and Mr Yuksel, not to mention our bus captain, Mr Selcuk. With their patience and commitment, their collective efforts made this trip truly meaningful. My family and I feel that the best travel experience that we ever had was boarding the hot air balloon. This is because Mrs Rose and Mr Yuksel tried to ensure that the travel group get to take the hot air balloon in Cappadocia instead of Pamukkale because the view there was much more better and beautiful. They attempted twice to ensure that we get to take the hot air balloon at Cappadocia, showing their commitment and perseverance. But overall, this travel as a whole is the best travel experience we had. The turkish food was okay since my family and I don’t really fancy turkish food. However, there was once where we ate Indonesian food for dinner after travelling from Bursa to Istanbul. We would say that the food there was pretty delicious, especially the ox tail soup and the asam pedas. In addition, we would like to thank Mr Yuksel for the kebab he gave as our lunch on the last day in Istanbul before we set off to Singapore. c: For praying time, Mrs Rose always gives reminders in the WhatsApp group chat and irl in the bus to ensure that we jatuhkan niat jamak taqdim and jamak takhir. Mrs Rose and Mr Yuksel also reminded us to bring along our solat kit before we alight from the bus when we were about to visit a mosque. Last but not least, we are also definitely considering to go back to TravelConnect to try out the Eastern Europe or Spain-Morocco package next year. This is our second time travelling with TravelConnect and we would say that all the tour leaders are amazing. Tour leaders play an important role in the trips as their enthusiasm is truly what makes the trips very special. We would like to give a very big thanks to Mrs Rose for putting the effort to ensure that everyone feels included in the trip, taking photos every opportunity available, sharing her stories and encourage the heart. She truly has that values of an amazing leader. We would also like to give a very big thanks to Mr Yuksel for his time and effort for sharing the history and stories of not only monuments and iconic places we visited, but also the places that we could see from the bus such as the grape farms and factories. " I, Mohd Syahril, and my wife, Nurul Ain. Our family chose to join the TravelConnect package to Turkey. Our appreciation goes to the three individuals who made the trip enjoyable: Kak Rose, who was not only the entertainer, the event coordinator, and also the bridge that connected us with our tour guide in Turkey, Mr. Yuksel, and our bus driver, Mr. Engine, who drove safely and smoothly. All the places we visited were new experiences and will always remain in our hearts as places we were able to explore together as a family. As for the food—Alhamdulillah! The food was extraordinary. The most exciting part was getting to eat asam pedas and gado-gado; even the simple burger tasted different from the usual. Alhamdulillah, when it came to prayers/worship, Rose Idris and Yuksel always reminded us when to make the intention for jamak and where we would be praying. My family and I loved being able to perform our prayers at different mosques. Each had a unique atmosphere, and it felt truly amazing. The aura of each mosque was different. InsyaAllah, if we have the opportunity in the future, we will consider travelling with them again, InsyaAllah. #You can’t love what you don’t know! "
