Ustaz Zul and Mutawif Ustaz Aziz were incredibly accommodating, approachable, and genuinely fun to be around. They are very knowledgeable and well-versed, and their guidance made the entire journey much more meaningful and easy to follow. A very thoughtful touch was when they even prepared a birthday cake for a jemaah who was celebrating their birthday during the trip. Both hotels in Madinah and Makkah were conveniently located near the mosque, which made ibadah so much more comfortable and stress-free. " Alhamdulilah I’ve completed my first umrah. Travel connect was recommended to me by my family & friends. As someone who is raised in a Chinese family, I was afraid that my practices were not prefect & I was not able to understand much. However, alhamdulilah travel connect is able to provide me with English notes & even during the trip, ustaz Nasruddin Salahuddin, ustaz Yaseen & ustaz Aziz helped us with our doas. I love the stories they told us while in the buses & when visiting the sites. They were amazing in what they do & were always there for us. I never felt lonely as the whole Jemaah became one happy family. Us ladies also had the opportunity to get into Raudhah on the night of nifsu shaaban lead by an ustazah alhamdulilah. We are also able to explore free & easy so my husband & I rode a scooter to masjid quba. Alhamdulilah, it was a blessed trip❤️ "

" We recently concluded our "10H Wonders of Türkiye" vacation with TravelConnect Sg. A massive thank you to our tour leader, Kak Seri Bulan, for making this trip so special. Kak Seri is very knowledgeable and experienced about Türkiye but it’s her sincerity and jovial personality that truly set her apart. She has a gift for bringing the group together whether it was through her hilarious jokes or the thoughtful red beanies she bought for our group shots. She truly cares about her group; she even organized a lovely belated birthday surprise for my husband! Between the karaoke on the Bosphorus cruise and the endless photos and videos she helped us capture, we’ve come home with a lifetime of memories. Our local guide, Mr Umutcan Ozdemir (John) & bus captain Mr Ercan were also very pleasant, helpful & accommodating. John vast knowledge of the history and places we visited was very impressive. Ercan the bus captain ensured our safety and comfort throughout the entire trip. We can’t wait to travel with Kak Seri again. Türkiye, you were wonderful! 🇹🇷❤️ "

Ustaz had given his utmost making sure we are well informed of the places visited, taken care (from todlers to the elderly), always there with assurance and well collected when needed especially at the Jordan/Israel border and everything.
