" Alhamdulillah with Allah’s will, I was invited to perform my umrah. Did some quick research and decided to take on the package offered by Travelconnect. Upfront Kursus/ Taklimats were easy to understand and flexible. (Option to view classes via YouTube .) Fast forward, I did the Awal Mekkah package (direct flight to Jeddah with max allowable luggage of 2x 23kg per pax which was important for me) and Alhamdulillah with the guidance of Tour Leader, Andi Hans and Mutawwif Ustaz Hakim, we managed to perform our 3 X Umrah with ease. Hats off to Andi for going out of the norms to provide spectacular “All-out service”. Being young and energetic, he never fails to serve us Jemaah with a smile. To me that is important as it will reflect on the whole Jemaah’s vibe. He made us feel like family, not like random strangers just performing our Umrah using a travel agency platform.When Jemaahs had feedback, he takes them seriously and brings them up to the hotel Management. Ustaz Hakim was extremely knowledgeable in providing us with proper Umrah Guidance despite it being our first, second or third time doing the Umrah. His teachings of Sirah when performing visits to historic places was also interesting, not mundane. Especially for the younger generation! He manages to captivate our attention on all the trips. I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially first timers like me, and for the younger generation. For the hotels, TravelConnect managed to secure us “frontline, less than 5mins within mosques” hotels both in Mekkah (Safwah Orchid) and Madinah (Maden AlRawda). Close proximity is important especially for those that intend to do multiple trips back and forth to the mosque to perform fardhu prayers etc. Overall, a pleasant and memorable experience with TravelConnect. I would highly highly recommend it to anyone. P.S. Do not do a DIY umrah, especially if it is your first time. Do it with TravelConnect! "

" 10H WONDERS OF TURKIYE (18 - 27 April 2025) Assalamualaikum. Alhamdulillah for the memorable trip to Turkiye. Our first time engaging with Travel Connect and we felt satisfied with the service and well-planned itinerary. We really enjoyed the Hot Air Balloon ride. The scenery was mesmerising especially with the accompaniment of 160 hot air balloons flying along side us making it just much more breathtaking. " Wanted to get this review out as quickly as possible but we’re still sick 🤣 maybe homesick (miss the tour group and the Holy lands). First and foremost, we were so lucky to be in the company of Andi and Ustadh Hakim from start to finish. Great guys/guides. They shared so much valuable information concerning Islam, the tour sites, travel tips etc. Apart from that, they went out of their way to get us exclusive deals (like the Madinah brolly), snacks. Andi treated us a few times too! Where can you find such generous tour guides? No doubt they’re also hilarious and fun to be around. I like how they are always humble and frank too; there’s no sugarcoating and going over the top. 100% recommended to be your guides/mutawwif. On top of that, everything was arranged smoothly. Even when some of us couldn’t meet the stipulated time to gather, they were lenient and waited for us; ensuring the whole group had been accounted for. The bus/train/plane rides were smooth Alhamdullilah. Even when queuing up, they never rushed us and still guaranteed that we got ahead of everyone else (this one was super necessary since the airport and train queues were crazy!). The food and snacks distributed on the bus were so good. I still can’t find it in our local stalls - the ayam (kicap?) that was catered for us on bus to and from Jeddah airport. Thirdly, the food and accommodation arranged for us at the hotels were second to Naan (hehe), particularly the one in Maden AlRawda. The rooms in Safwa were huge and cosy, whereas the rooms in the Maden AlRawda were comparatively smaller and modernistic. The buffet spread in Maden was definitely better (better than most other hotel chains tbh) and their service was top-tier. Easily 5 stars. Not sure how TravelConnect managed to secure a hotel in the vicinity of Al Masjid An Nabawi but it was really convenient and we’re super grateful. All in all it was a great experience. We’re glad we chose TC as we this would be our first tour agency experience. Our parents recommended this agency to us after their experience going to Turkey and Umrah with them. And no, we’re not paid to write this 🥹 if it’s great for us and the rest of the group, it should be great for you too! Thanks for reading this essay and may peace be upon you "
